What we collect
We collect account details, academic profile information, documents you upload, applications you submit, messages, and basic usage analytics.
How we use it
We use your data to dispatch authorized applications, compute AI Academic Fit, send notifications, prevent abuse, and improve Admitora.
Legal basis and service providers
Where applicable, we process application messages and reply attachments because they are necessary to provide the service you request under our contract with you. We document any different basis required for a launch jurisdiction or age group before activation. Amazon Web Services provides contracted authentication, hosting, encrypted storage, AI-check, and communication-delivery infrastructure.
Document handling
Documents are stored encrypted. Each wallet document is automatically deleted 180 days after upload, and you can delete it sooner. Reply attachments are application-only and do not appear in Documents. Unsent uploads are deleted after 24 hours; sent attachments follow application-message retention of up to 365 days.
Your rights
You can view and correct your account and profile information at any time. You can download a copy of everything we hold about you, or delete your account for good, from Privacy and data in your account. Neither needs to go through us. If something looks wrong, email support@admitora.com.
