Enter your grades once. If your school uses a 4.0 GPA scale, some programs show how your GPA compares with the usual grades in that field: Strong, Likely or Stretch. It is only an estimate, not a pass mark, and it does not tell you if you will be accepted. If your school uses a different scale, we show your GPA as it is, without a comparison.
Upload your transcripts and certificates one time. Every verified program shows which documents it needs, and your application shows which ones you still have to add. We delete your documents automatically after 180 days. You can delete them sooner.
Nothing is sent until you press Confirm and then Send. Your application goes straight to the university's admissions team, with your documents attached. We tell you when the university replies, and the reply appears next to your application.
Some universities agree to look at your documents first and tell you if you have a real chance, before you apply for real. On those programs you will see Pre-evaluation as an option.
Verified is our most important word. Here is what it means, and what it does not.
We asked the university, and they confirmed these details in writing. We check again regularly. If the answer gets old, we remove the label until the university confirms again.

No, not right now. Sending is free, and your dashboard shows how many applications you can still send this month. If a university charges an application fee or tuition, you pay the university, not us.
No. We send your documents only to the universities you choose. They are stored encrypted, and an automatic check may open a file only to see that it is the right type and can be read. You can download or delete everything in Privacy and data.
